I think your jewelry is awesome, and I wouldn’t worry about those people commenting because obviously you’ve got a huge amount of people who love you and your work and even though we’d like to please everyone, sometimes its not possible! But I love your responses and your effort! Keep it up!
I ordered 2 necklaces on Monday during the CFF benefit and rec’d them today! I think that is great service! I also e-mailed you a question and rec’d an answer within a couple of hours! My experience was a wonderful one & I will be back to buy more! Kristi

I just received my daddy keychain yesterday!! It is adorable. I was the one that asked for a longer name then she normally allows and she did it! Thank you Lisa. I just love it and can’t wait to give it to Daddy. Too bad I discovered you after mother’s day because I want something now!!!

i have had HORRIBLE customer service ordering jewelry from lisa leonard. she will not return emails or phone calls although my credit card was charged many weeks ago and i have NOT received my neckalce! DO NOT ORDER FORM HER!!
