I love love love holding hands with my fiance and I love love love when he pushes the hair out of my face. That and when he brings me chocolate milk for lunch! THANK YOU THANK YOU for making me remember that its the little things that matter the most! 🙂 Ps. You rock!
What makes me feel loved is that my husband said that he’d watch the Anne of Green Gables series with me. It truly is those little things that make all the difference. Thank you for helping me remember that. 🙂
I feel loved when my daughter calls me in the night and when I go in and lay down beside her she snuggles up close and wraps her tiny little arm around my neck. So warm and cozy and full of love.
Thanks for making me think!
It has definately been the little things since our second baby has been born… my husband covering me up in his sleep (even though I have the post-baby sweats), getting up with the baby even though I have told him I would, bringing home dinner so I don’t have to cook, and never once commenting that I once again did not find the time to shower today.
Also, when my 2 year old, after being in time out, walks up to me, cocks his head to the side and says “Hi mommy” in the sweetest voice, never once carrying a grudge that I had him go sit down for a minute.
Thank you for sharing little glimpses into your life, you have such beautiful children.
Surprising my husband that #3 will be arriving this August, when #2 is only 9 mos, and receiving the best reaction & huge hug even though this was not planned. When my 2.5 year old looks at me and says “Hearts mean you love Liam, Mama.” When my little 9 mos old smiles at me with her little scrunched up nose! When being with my husband still reminds me of when we were 18, very young & wild together!
I feel loved when my husband knows my thoughts without me ever saying a word..or when we both finish each other’s sentences..
when my three year old and five year old boys insist on sharing their Halloween loot and Easter basket goodies because “Mommy, you’re a grown-up and grown-ups miss out on all the good holidays…” p.s. I never take much – well, okay, I take a little to demonstrate good faith…wouldn’t want to hurt their feelings…….
I am VERY pregnant and my husband still makes me feel beautiful. He brought me flowers last week and told me how much he cherished me. I can’t believe how blessed I am to be married to be the love of my life.
* random flowers for no reason
* cleaning the house before I get home
* snuggles
* a love note
* the things he says to OTHER people about me
* a night out alone
* a cup of tea when I’m freezing
* anything unexpected or unasked for!
Love the necklace, what talent you have!
Okay, my hubby makes me feel loved in so many ways. The way he’ll give me a foot massage just because, the way he always brings me home a hot cocoa (not a coffee drinker) on his break from work, the way he tells me how lucky he feels that I am his wife. We’ve been married for 14 years and I feel more loved now then ever before.

I am so blessed to be loved so much! These are three things that make me feel loved: my 21-month old loves playing the drums. When he walks up to me and hands me the sticks and says “mum” I tell him that he can play the drum and he will reply “mommy” meaning that he wants me to play his drum – this just melts my heart. He is also stingy with kisses but he has his moments where he’ll run up to me, kiss me five or six times and then run away laughing – I feel so loved by this little boy. A third thing that makes me feel loved is when my husband lets me sleep in and then wakes me up with breakfast made for me.
I feel Loved all the time by my wonderful husband. My favorite is when we are in the car and he kisses my hand. It’s very sweet and makes me feel lucky to have him.
When my cute husband and I are out with a group of people that I don’t know very well (and he does) and he grabs my hand under the table, squeezes it, and smiles at me. And then makes sure to work something about me into the conversation. Gotta love him!
When I know I can say ANYTHING to my husband and he won’t judge me. When I have the safe feeling that I get when his arms are around me. When he lets me cry and drip all over him when I am having a bad day. When he comes home with a gift certificate for me to get a massage, and the appointment is that afternoon. When he goes to the market for milk and comes home with a gossip magazine and chocolate bar for me. When he tenderly touches my stretch marks from the four boys I’ve given him and says “I love your war stripes, you have earned them baby”. When he tells our oldest to watch the boys for awhile so we can go to the bedroom to “talk” for a bit (a great make out session always follows). When he looks at me and I can see in his eyes that HE feels like he’s finally home….
Hi, I love your stuff.
I feel loved when my husband watches me reading or breathing at night.
🙂
When I come home after a fun night out and my husband has the kids tucked in bed asleep, the dishes done and the toys put away…………doesnt happen often but when it does I feel so loved!
I love it when DH calls me just for no reason at all. Just to say he’ll be home soon, or that he misses me.
I feel loved by the tiniest smile or smirk from my husband across the room full of people.
When my kiddos look at me for no reason and say I love you.
Any acts of service – seeing my to do list and doing something on it without asking. Gifts of time – time together, time for me to get out and do something I enjoy
Cute necklace!
after 3 children, the youngest being only 6 months old,my stomach/hips have definitely seen better days. i was bemoaning the presence of my lovely stretch marks when my husband looked me in the eyes and said “i never noticed those.” he meant it, too. that’s love!
My husband has been my godsend! Over the last two years I have struggled with serious health issues since the premature birth of our 4th daughter. He started getting up with the kids, feeding them, having devotions with them, all while letting me sleep in. He does all the grocery shopping and even babysits bi-weekly for me and my friends so we can fellowship together. Oh, and the loving is great too!
waking up to the smell of brewing coffee that my husband has gotten up to make to allow me a little more sleepy time in the morning…
when my husband looks at me like I look cute…even though I have crazy bedhead & no make up on!
When my sixteen year old daughter covers me with a blanket and gives me a kiss on the cheek when i’m “watching” (sleeping) TV. 🙂
I love the necklace and it would be perfect b/c our last name is Wren!
I feel loved when my husband unexpectedly brings me flowers (yesterday). He ran to the grocery store (also wonderful), filled up my car with gas and then presented me with flowers!
I love your work! Have a great day!
When I see my mother’s smile when I look at my reflection in the mirror.
every day, my husband calls on his way home from work to see if we “need anything.” he knows how much I hate going out in the winter and that’s his way of letting me know he’ll run our errands for us. *sigh*
I feel the love when my children still give me kisses goodnight and out in public for no reason. they are 16, 18 & 28. I LOVE being a Mom!!!
I just found your site this morning and can’t wait to see it all!

Waking up on a cold morning with a fire already warming our house and a huge pile of firewood piled nicely by the back door.
My husband Darren, leaves for work by 5am but will build us a fire and stack firewood by the door so I won’t have to get cold walking to the real pile to get some.
He braves the cold, cold morning so I/we won’t have to. Such sweet thoughtfullness. I totally feel loved on those mornings!
When my husband and I are standing close to each other and talking and one of the girls runs over and says “Let’s have a family hug!” It is so sweet!!
When my 3 year old daughter looks over at me and says “I do love you Mommy”. Just warms me all over.
omg I wouldn’t know where to begin really. My husband doesn’t say it a lot but he shows me even more by taking care of everything in our family with me, and giving me cuddles whenever I need them, confidence and support. It’s the way I always imagined a good relationship to be for 18 years I’ve had it and plan to keep it this way! My 2 boys, well they tell mommy everyday how much they love me and that I’m pretty and that always makes me smile and feel loved 😉
I feel loved when I walk into the kitchen and realize my husband has cleaned it up completely and never said a word.
The last BIG thing that made me realize how much my BF loves me was his christmas present to me.. He gave a 5-day-trip to Rome! And it’s really big because he’s not interested in city-trips at all, he’d rather go on a beach vacation. He’s just doing it ’cause he loves me so much 🙂 (And I’m sure he’s going to enjoy the trip nevertheless)
what makes me feel loved, each day when I open my eyes, I feel loved by our God that has blessed me with another day, and that I get to spend it with my husband.

That “look” from my husband – short on words – long on love.
Sem, our little boy (20 months) always give hugs and kisses when he’s in our bed in the morning. If he does that, I feel loved !
Today it’s the first time I visit your blog. I absolutely love your work !
My husband massaging my neck and shoulders while I’m on the computer or at the sink or cooking or just doing anything – it is just another way of touching but, because it is so unexpected it becomes more intimate and that reminds me how much I am loved and how lucky I am to have such a thoughtful, kind and loving man to share my life with.
My husband is wonderful and gets up with our two kids every morning just to give me a few more minutes of sleep.
What makes me feel loved? my family of course they always make me feel loved. Even if I don’t win I still would like to order this piece because my last name is Byrd. It would be perfect for me. By the way I love your work and your blog.
Oops, I meant to use the word, “my husband” would tell me, “you forgot the most important rule.”
Every time either I, as a deaf mom, have to say “I Love You” in sign language for both of my hearing sons when I drop them off at school, or giving them a good night kiss.
My older son would always tell me, ” I love you very very very (so on) much” then give me a BIG SMACK kiss.
My younger son, who is autistic, has learned the difference to say between “I love you” and “I really love you” in sign language. One night when I gave him my regular routine, “ILY,” then out of blue he made an effort to use it in sign language, “I really love you.” It brought my tears.
My two sons are not the only person I know would give me a good bye or good night kiss. If I had forgotten to give him a kiss, then he would say, “You forgot the most important thing.” I just smile and give him my kiss.
Deep inside of me, I know I am being loved by my immediate family. That’s something I will always cherish the times I have with my family.
My husband is currently undergoing treatment for cancer. He is pretty tired all the time. The other day he told me that if I need to wake him up to chat on nights when I can’t sleep, I should. He’s pretty wonderful.

When my 2½ year old niece comes into my room looking for me and says, “ let’s go to the barn,” and then slips her little hand into mine. My heart just melts every time she does that. Not only do I feel loved, but feel so “rich” and blessed to have her in my life. Love your work and your blog. Hope you and your boys are doing great.
P.S. you may not remember me…I ordered a necklace from you in July for my sister. She just loves it.

when my 3 yr old son looks up at me with his big eyes and says, “love you mama” and kisses me. The sound is priceless. When my 6 yr old daughter leans into me and lays as close to possible to me and just “relaxes.” This is a big thing for her because she doesn’t relax. So at least I know she is really relaxing with me.
These kinds of experiences are amazing and I never want to lose those feelings as I watch my kids get bigger and bigger.
Thanks Lisa.
When my 2 1/2 year old looks at me with her sweet face & says “Momma you make me happy.!”
I love it when I catch my husband watching our daughter & me–sitting on the couch, reading a book, playing–and he has this contented smile on his face and says “I love you, girls.” The simple perfect-ness of the moment makes my heart melt.
Every night while I am getting ready for bed my hubby gets under the covers and lays on my side of the bed to warm up the sheets for me. Then he makes sure to cuddle with me until I am warm enough to fall asleep. He knows I can’t sleep until I am toasty warm.
I’m a flight attendant and when I come home from a trip and my kids RUN out of the house in their jammies to give me hugs and kisses to show me how much they missed me…it warms my heart and fills me with joy….so very sweet….
Each precious minute with my girls, knowing they are growing up so quickly and in a blink of an eye will be on their own – I want to remember every second of our time “together”.

When my fiance sends me cards in the mail. Not just the 99 cent ones, but the ones I can tell that he sits there and reads, because he knows how good it makes me feel, even though he would prefer I never bought him a card to save money 🙂
-Jaci
I feel the most loved when my precious nephew bypasses everyone & runs directly to me with a big hug & a kiss and then an “I love you Aunt Sissy.” Melts my heart!
I love your work & would love to win! Happy New Year to you & yours!
Jennifer 🙂
The moments when we are in a crowded room, both in different conversations, when all of a sudden we capture each others eye. The knowing sweet glance makes the butterflies fly back.
My husband comes into the house every night after a long day at work and no matter how tired he is, he always looks me in the eye, gives me a kiss, and asks, “How was your day?” It might seem like such a mundane thing but it means the world to me.

little things that my husband notices when I don’t realize that he is paying attention.
I feel loved when my husband, out of the blue, says, “come sit down for a back rub.” He LOVES back rubs so it means a lot to me when he gives me one.. and he does it a lot! I love your jewelry by the way!
I feel loved when my husband gets home from work and asks, “Were you able to get a nap today?” He’s concerned for my well-being and I also think he’s checking to see what my status is? 🙂
When my husband gives me a hug out of the blue.
when my 2 year old son says “give me a kiss and hug mommy”, melts my heart 🙂
When my four year old says, “mom, I love you. You is my best friend”
When my husband tells me that my naturally-curly, sometimes unmanageable hair is beautiful…espcially when I am thinking it is a crazy mess! Those comments go straight to my heart and make me realize he loves me for exactly who I am!
When he tells me he’s the luckiest guy to have me as his wife.
I overheard a conversation between my Mom and my 3 year old today.
My Mom: “You sure have a great Mommy!”
My daughter: “I sure do!”
Boy did I feel loved!
When I make a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and my oldest tells me “Thank you for the sandwich Mommy! It is the best lunch ever!”
When DH goes along with our crazy, hectic schedule around here without complaints and with a smile.
I work weekends to save on daycare costs during the week…there’s nothing quite like the chorus of “MOMMY!!!” when I walk in the door. Makes every day the best day ever!!!
A husband who will fill my tank with gas so that I don’t have to smell the nasty fumes…gotta love him!! 🙂
toooooo sweet!
my love language is words of affirmation, so anything encouraging or sweet my husband says to me is so precious to me!
My dear T has done many things over the 12+ years we have been married, but the sweetest thing was just this past week for my birthday. He and the kids and I were at Walt Disney World and I saw a trading pin there that I loved, but had planned on buying later. Of course when I went back the next day I couldn’t find it. Without my knowledge, he checked every pin stand we passed by until he found it. Less than $10 but it was priceless. Silly story, but I love this man…

I love it when my husband asks me what I need help with. That is the best! I also love it when he tells me I’m beautiful!
When my husband corrects me – even though it isn’t welcome, I know that is REAL love! He wants what is BEST for me, not just to please me.
Alesha
My dear sweet husband spending HOURS on the computer updating my website and making it look all pretty! He is a jewel!

I feel loved when I am dressing my special boy after his bath and he ALWAYS gives me this little special smile. Even though he can’t tell me in words that he loves me his smile says it all.
When I wake up in the morning and thank the Lord for all that he has blessed me with! I feel loved daily by Him and it overwhelms me to think just how much I am loved!
🙂

I feel loved watching my husband be a father to our son….he is amazing! I’m just so darn lucky to be his wife!
first – I love your stuff! been a lurker for awhile.
second – I feel loved when my five-year-old son curls up in my arms and kisses my face after he’s spent a night at his dads. I also feel loved when my partner tucks a blanket around me to keep me warm after I’ve fallen asleep on the couch.
I really feel loved when my 3 year old nephew comes to my house and says, “Auntie Jessica, you are so comfortable.” 🙂
Jessica
When my 2 boys – one big (husband) and one small (6 yr old) lay beside/on me on the bed and are both hugging and kissing me at the same time! Even though I can’t breathe 🙂
I sure feel loved!
By the way, I love your jewelry and your blog about you and your boys.

We have a little African boy living with us right now while he’s in the States for some medical treatment… whenever he comes up next to me and places his teeny tiny hand in mine, I feel loved. I am a blessed wife and mother – but love from this sweet boy touches me in a different way. It’s hard to explain – but my heart has been changed forever because of it.
You know the silence between a husband and wife at night that signals that sleep is imminent? (Finished is the last minute chatting about the day). When my husband whispers “I love you” into the stillness, right before we fall asleep, I know I’m loved because his words tell me that one of the last things he’s thinking about before sleep is me.
That my husband understands that sometimes I need a little “down” time … he takes care of the boys and even cleans up the house and the kitchen for me! 🙂
I feel loved when my almost 5 month old daughter gives me a milky smile after she is done nursing. 🙂
Someone holding my hand (without saying a word) when I’m really afraid and trying not to show it (being strong for everyone else) makes me feel loved.
My sweet husband lets me nap whenever I need to. 😉
That my husband has been taking care of me, the kids and the house, all while still trying to work full time. He’s never complained. And, even though I’ve been mostly housebound for a couple of months now, I feel awful and I’m sure look terrible, he still told me that I’m his favorite person in the whole world. If that’s not love I don’t know what is.
When Travis mops the floor for me… and his nightly back-scratches/head massages he lovingly gives every night!
having someone there to pick me up at the airport after a long trip…
Time spent together makes me feel loved. And cute texts throughout the day. And the every-so-often “call your sister – you girls go grab dinner and do some shopping. It’ll be good for you.” THAT really makes me ooey-gooey inside! 🙂
i just had my gall bladder removed two days ago and i’m trying to recover with a 3 year old and 1 year old… and my dh is awesome. he’s done everything from dinners to laundry to playing with the kids to getting up with them in the middle of the night (one is sick too) and then letting me sleep when i need to. and… he still checks in on me and makes sure i am taking my pain meds on schedule.
for someone who is used to doing this for everyone else, it makes me feel so loved that he’s doing this, unasked.
thanks for asking 🙂 now i need to go tell him all of what i just wrote down!!
amy
I feel loved when my husband reaches to hold my hand when we are in church.
I feel loved when out of the blue…my two year old son Danny says Mommy guess what? and I ask what? and he shouts “I LOVE YOU” and gives me the sweetest smile. That makes me feel LOVED!
When I return from a moment of absense, even to the bathroom, and my 23 month old daughter Finley runs up to me and hugs my legs saying “momma your home…missed you”
Oh my gosh, what makes me feel loved is my six year old looking at me and telling me “Mom, you make everything fun”. This pregnancy has made me feel like I am the least loveable person on the planet I’ve been so sick and for her to say that made me feel like I was the most loved person alive 🙂
Hi there again.I left the fourth comment for you and didn’t leave my name .I’m Carlyn and we live in Oceano. My e-mail is [email protected] a great day! ;0))))))
When my soon-to-be 4 year old nephew says: I have one kiss left, Auntie, would you like it?
Hi there! Absolutely love your work.Just recently I was having one of those days and I just felt like I looked awful. My husband kept looking at me.
Me being so darn crabby said “What are you looking at?” He just smiled and said “You are just sooo pretty.”Those kind of comments to me are unforgettable .Lots of love from our family in the 5-cities.
I strongly dislike grocery shopping. Since the time we have lived together my husband has done the grocery shopping. I never asked he just did it. Love is him knowing and me not having to ask.
very good your photos ! 🙂
When my husband catches that I didn’t order fries and gives me all his little crispies.
