is this the face of a child who could make a mother frustrated, angry or crazy with worry?! thanks for all your encouraging words. i talked with david’s OT today and a friend who is a speech therapist (hi michele!) and got a lot of encouragement. most of matty’s behavior is very age appropriate. maybe he is have some sensory overload–but it’s not THAT big of a deal. deep breath! i’m trying to chill out and let him be three. one step at a time. we had a good day today!
you’re just paving the way for all of us whose kids haven’t reached age three yet! i’m glad to hear you are feeling better about things and relaxing a bit.
what a sweet little mumpkin pumpkin! I just love that kid!
Hey, I got a shout out! I’m glad you’re feeling better. I was thinking alot about it after we talked and after reading your post from yesterday, too. Matty just may need more down time than the rest of you crazy-social Leonards! Sunday school and playing with the college students after church really is alot of stimulation! I would have been clinging to Steve myself at that point!! And just so you know, when I went through a SI disorder checklist for Greg, he had WAY more than 5/100 areas checked and look how good he turned out! =)
Hey, wait a second … doesn’t he look just a little bit like Stevie … no wonder he’s trouble!!
How do you get pictures like this? Matty looks so relaxed and natural, yet he’s looking right at the camera. I know you’re exhausted with all his tantrums and freak outs. Who knows? He could lead our country one day. He’s certainly got lots of ideas on how things should go.
