we use this raffia to tie up your jewelry boxes and make them look pretty. but its also useful for tying up bad guys (and sometimes the good guys, too). hey mom, will you help me tie batman to the coffee table? uh, sure honey?! happy saturday!!
Oh…This brings back so many memories! I am a knitter and my two boys have made many uses of my yarn stashes! I remember them dangling their “guys” from the secondstory landing to make them parachute and fly! Thanks for keeping the fun alive for me!
Because nothing says Tea Party, like a vampire. Of course, of all the vamps in the fictional world, Edward would be The One to bring to a tea party – LOL.
That is really funny. At least raffia is not ridiculously expensive. Our little girl has taken possession of Dave’s iphone, she thinks it is hers, and is using it to take photos of people on the street. Not everyone thinks this is amusing.
Adorable. i often lurk on your blog, and have just added you to my reader list. Love your gentle, elegant spirit which comes across as you blog and in your jewelry. And…i have a special David, too.
Gave my inlaws a big kick towards your shop for my b’day. I hope they got the hint. 🙂

We just had a tea party…and the kids broke out the Edward doll from “twilight” –

Raffia is the new duct tape! Love it!
You can never have too much raffia! Okay, Superman… break free!
What fun! I love his creativity.

Batman doesn’t stand a chance of getting free!!! How fun it must be in your house! Enjoy your weekend!
