It’s Friday and I’m linking up with Jeannett at Life Rearranged to share instagram pics from the week. My instagram name is lisaleonard.
I was just browsing through the fossil catalog and fell in love with this outfit. perfect for summer!
Apparently I can fit 18 pairs of boys jeans in our washer. How can we have so many pairs of jeans to wash?
I heart gussy sews.
Matthias got an eye exam last week–which he thoroughly enjoyed. Usually the dr. appointments are for David, so it was nice to be the center of attention for a change!
My new favorite dessert is sugar free cheesecake pudding made with two parts milk and one part heavy whipping cream. And fresh berries on top. Yum!
I was feeling discouraged the other night and Steve and I decided we needed cinnamon rolls and decaf and a good movie. It definitely helped!
The view out my window as we drove down to Southern California for Easter. The central coast is so beautiful.
And in the backseat, one crashed out little man.
Steve and i got an impromptu date night last week when my sisters took the boys and we went out to see The Hunger Games. Which we loved!
Cousins! We’ve had some seriously good cousin time lately. These three have so much fun together {when they aren’t fighting!}
Easter morning–candy eating and getting ready for church. Love their ties from The Pleated Poppy!
We’ve had four doctor appointments for David in the last couple weeks and everything is looking great! After an appointment at UCLA we wandered around Westwood. No, we didn’t see titanic. We can watch it on DVD at home for a lot cheaper. Do you plan to see it in 3d?
We’re surrounded by palm trees since we’re spending a couple days in Santa Barbara as a family. Spring Break is almost over–it’s been so wonderful! What’s your plan for the weekend?
Lisa, you look gorgeous wearing headbands! (the one form wiww was cute too) And your photos always tell a great story. 🙂
Great pictures!

I don’t understand why everything has to be in 3D. I imagine I would get sea sick. But it is one of my favorite movies along with Pearl Harbor.
Your “crashed out little man” made my heart grow 10 times.
Have a great week. I’ll be back on Wednesday! 🙂
Crazy weekend planned….Dallas bound tomorrow morning!! Catching up with an old friend that I haven’t seen since high school (the power of the internet), a few friends who moved away 2 years ago, and seeing Judy Niemeyer for a week of uninterrupted sewing!!!! Yippee!!!
Kind of cracks me up, but “Titanic” really impacted me when it came out years ago. I was in my early twenties, and I remember writing in my journal after getting home from the theatre about how I wanted to be a person who does everything her heart desires.
i think it worked!
This weekend the kids have lots of things going…it’s apparently birthday party season. I am honestly looking forward to watching “Who Do You Think You Are?” on tv tonight and folding a week’s worth of laundry.
Who can afford to see anything in 3D. The prices are outrageous.
Those berries look tasty! Glad the cinnamon roll and decaf was all it took to make you feel a bit better. Too bad it’s not always that easy……
Brought here from Insta-Friday!
Sounds like you have your hands full. Take care of those precious boys.
Happy Friday!
My plans are mostly low key; although i do need to do some packing and sorting and organizing!
I mention you in my insta Friday post 😉 – come say hi if you have a minute!

thanks for linking to me, beautiful friend! happy friday! xoxo
Loved sitting here viewing your pictures. Saw Titanic when it came out years ago, can’t imagine that 3D would do anything for it (seems such a silly trend). Our weekend holds a birthday party, haircuts (my older son is finally getting his hair cut for Locks of Love), a long run for me (I have a 10 mile race next weekend, NO, I will NOT be winning it ;D), and dinner with a dear friend Sunday night! Whew, looking at it now, my weekend is sounding pretty good!!
The pictures are beautiful. They certainly tell the story of your life as of late. And, I absolutely loved The Hunger Games.
