Hi Lisa,
I really enjoy your encouraging words and beautiful pics here.
I am a new reader to your blog, but my heart receives a blessing every time I visit π
Keeping you and your precious family in my prayers!
~ Trish
you were right near me! I live in Temecula, next town over.
Oh LIsa, I wish I would have known you were going to be in Murrieta. That’s where I am…(well, Menifee is right next door). I would’ve loved to get together for a cup of coffee and finally say hello in person! I hope you had a fun & relaxing weekend. xoxo.
What a great “to do”list! I do hope you got that nap and enjoyed your Mom and sister. I have no doubt that you were a real blessing to those at the retreat. Wish I had been there. Abundant blessings to you!
Well, let’s see…is there a character limit here? My to-do list is pretty long!
I’ll just sum it up by saying I have a bazillion things to do to get ready for my first boutique of the season! Lot’s of inventorying and crafting over here!
love the pics so far! enjoy the retreat!
i’ll be painting my bedroom and finding moments with the kiddos π
Hi Lisa the biggest task on my list for this weekend is to try not to panic about our cat. He has inflammatory bowel disease (he’s only 7) and needs to eat little and often and NO protein. Just lately he has been spending all day outside and not coming back until late and I KNOW today he will be very dehydrated (it’s Saturday late pm here). I am panicing inside but don’t want to show it because my hubby thinks he’s just a cat. He’s not that to me, I can’t have children so this little special singapore street cat (we rescued him from the local animal rescue when we lived there) is like the other half of me! He’s my constant companion in the garden normally and I MISS HIM. Please keep prayers in your thoughts that he will be okay. Trying hard not to cry right now! Smiles.. (just)
1. Celebrate a perfect score on my pediatrics exam I took today (which incidentally was on cardiac which made me think of your son during my test : )
2. Study for an OB test on Monday.
3. Write a paper.
4. Clean my apartment and do laundry.
5. Take a nap in my clean sheets.
6. Think about how lucky I am to be alive and in school to do what I LOVE to do!
I’ll get to see my sister, mom, and dad at Thanksgiving. I can’t wait!
Enjoy your mom and sister extra for me!!
Soccer pictures, soccer games, birthday party, kids singing on Sun. morning ~ then (hopefully) a nap! π Have a wonderful weekend with your mom and sister! That sounds amazing!
My to-do list is way too long to list here! But, I plan to spend the weekend enjoy all the little blessings in my life while tackling this list. Hope you have a great weekend!

Oh, I love the weekends. Yes, I have plans! I just did a post on my blog about “Plan and Purpose”. Great minds think alike. My plans include; hot chocolate with pink/white heart shaped marshmallows (again), playing in the leaves with the girls (they’ve been begging me), taking more fall pics.

I live in Murrieta! How funny…what a small world:) I plan to do nothing..after 2 months of crazy weekends and the holidays coming I need a weekend to relax…maybe a movie and some park time with my son. Enjoy our town..btw save yourself the hour drive to Julian and buy the pie at Barrons, its cheaper and same for the wine…it’s cheaper at the grocery store then it is at the winerys.
