Are you longing for warmer weather? Here on the central coast of California, it seems we’ve hardly had winter at all. The mornings are chilly and we’ve had a couple rainy days–but it’s mostly been unseasonably warm. Which is beautiful but we need rain desperately! There is some in the forecast and we’re praying it comes.
I found this dress at Anthropologie and it’s such an easy, versatile style. Perfect for layering or wearing alone on a warm day. I’m linking up with Lindsey at The Pleated Poppy for some fashion inspiration.
Boots and a cargo jacket make for perfect rain wear–especially if it’s a warm rain. Then sandals and a denim jacket work for warmer days.

And I’ve been wearing these open toed booties almost every day. Although if it rains this week, I won’t be able to wear them!

This dress is so flattering on you! I’ve been wearing my denim jacket a lot lately…although it is still cold enough here in maine that I need a winter coat over it all to go out. 🙂

I am longing for warmer weather. the high here in Boston today is 25. I am sick of corduroys, long sleeve shirts and sweaters!

Love the dress with the Fossil boots. You need layers here…not because it’s cold outside (most of the time anyway) but because …if it’s warm, the AC inside will be cold, if it’s cold out…it’s too hot inside with the heat…as a result…cardigans are always a good choice. Hope you get some of that much needed rain.
I agree- layers are so important, I’m often hot outside and freezing inside! xx
