Today’s outfit goes from workshop to date night. It’s all relative because I wear all kinds of things, like sequins to the workshop–and sometimes I’ll wear jeans and flip flops on a date night. But in general, the workplace is more professional and date nights are for dressing up, right?
I’m linking up with Lindsey at The Pleated Poppy for some fashion inspiration.
This dress is soooo comfortable. I found it anthropologie and it’s just plain easy to wear. The billowy top if very forgiving, and the long skirt with the shorter slip adds some fun.
For the workshop, I layered a green faux leather jacket over and nude heels. The vintage leather clutch is simple and professional.
The antique lace necklace {above} is gorgeous! You must get one. So dainty!
This clutch is a thrifted find. I love how streamlined it in.
Then for date night I switched out the faux leather jacket for a denim and the nude heels for leopard print. The clutch got traded in for red.
I opted for a memory keeper necklace–which is simply gorgeous! Find it here.

Our date night last week was to hear Jerry Seinfeld do stand up and it was SO FUN! It was something different and we laughed so hard! Have you been on a date night or had some girl time lately?
I like the outfit combination. And the necklace is very cute. Need to have one 🙂
I love your dress!! Did you buy it recently? I’m looking on Anthro’s site and I don’t see it.
Megan, it’s from last summer. xx
I am in Massachusetts and have that same vintage clutch that belonged to my mom. Made me giggle this morning!!
Is it me or is that antique necklace so dainty that it’s invisible? I kove old jewelry and am trying my darndest to see it! Love the outfit though.
