I’ve greeted Monday on my blog with a wonderful Carnita Chimichurri stew that goes together in about 5 minutes. I wanted to sneak it in before the weather gets too warm to fully enjoy it! I have tried a couple recipes from your site in the past so I thought I would share. Enjoy!
