Ah summer! I always look forward to summer and then get frustrated because I feel pulled between work and the kids. I mean, all I want to do it PLAY but there is still stuff that has to be done.
But this summer has been different. I think it’s partly because the boys are a little bigger. Partly because we have an AMAZING team that works with us and makes stuff happen and partly because my mindset is better. I feel more present, more relaxed, less stress and overall happier. Which is a good thing!
How about some hellos for a new week?
Hello home from camping. Hello sand and clothes that smell like campfire.
Hello finishing up planning for fall and winter collections. I know it’s insane but we already have this stuff planned out you’re going to love it!
Hello flip flops. I can hardly bother with real shoes.
Hello quick trip to San Francisco at the end of the week. Steve is performing a wedding.
Hello s’mores and bbq hot dogs and ice cream. I love summer food.
Hello getting our garage cleared out. That feels GREAT!
Hello photos to edit and projects to share.
Hello to YOU friend. I’m so glad you’re here.
Hello brand new week. Ready or not, here we GO!
What are you saying hello to this week? Leave us some hellos in the comments section or link up your own hello monday post in the comments!
I love camping and campfire even on warm summer nights. Flip flop days are the best!!
My garage could use a cleaning…but I did clean out a few drawers and a closet….not intentionally…I was looking for an important paper that I KNEW I had. In the process I filled the recycle bin half way and straightened out a few areas. (finally found the paper…it had fallen behind the drawer…..where I first looked. 🙂 )
Oh well…I found it and cleaning up a bit did feel good!
Yikes to the garage…I’m still working on the inside so we can put our house up for sale. It’s truly amazing how much stuff you acquire through the years and that much harder to decide what you can part with in storage for a few months.

Hello to getting rear-ended big-time on our way to see “Despicable Me II” today :(. Luckily, we all seem okay. And, though the car at fault was totaled, ours just has cosmetic damage. Hello to thanking my lucky stars today! Hello to a new look on my blog, hopefully to be revealed tonight. Hello to driving off to Oregon tomorrow with my husband to celebrate our 10th anniversary while the kids go to Grandma’s for the rest of the week! Yahoo! Hello to my new bauble we pick up tonight in celebration :)!
Hello to a new week of sunshine and sparkles! Hello to you, miss amazing Lisa Leonard! Hell to beauty in the little things:)

A real camping trip with a 4 month old isn’t possible, but I do want to have a backyard camping trip for my 3 year old. Campfires and s’mores are a Summer must!
I’m saying hello to blogging. Wish me luck on my new venture. http://www.mulberryloveboutique.com/2013/07/my-first-hello-monday.html
Campfires and s’mores are the best! I really want to do that for my boys before summer is over!
Here is my hello Monday post – http://www.livelaughl0veblog.com/2013/07/hello-monday_22.html?m=0
Aw, so fun! We’ve been cleaning out our garage too…it’s amazing what getting rid of stuff can do for my psyche. And yet I love to shop! I’ve been thinking a lot about how much stuff we acquire and how it’s stressful sometimes.
Love your relaxed out look on summer…encouraging to me as I struggle to have that even now.
I”m saying hello to lots of fun things including my shop’s birthday! What a blessing it is!
