this day i was sick with a cold this day. decently cute outfit, right? well it’s the exact same outfit i wore the day before. i had no brain power. ha! black, ruffle top, kohls. gray sweater, gap. skinny jeans, target. {seriously adorable} rosette necklace from allora handmade *click here* open circle bracelet {my shop}.
now for today’s question! you are taking a trip to hawaii {surprise! it’s fun to dream, right?} and you need to get one new thing for the trip. what will it be?

mine are mossimo. they are super comfy around the waste (not too snug) but tapered in the leg. i would take a few pairs into the dressing room and see if you can get a good fit!

A cute little sun dress that can be dressed up (for night time) or dressed down (for day). Maybe add one of your gorgeous necklaces and you will be good to go.

Actually I am going to Hawaii in a week from today, I am so excited. A few new things that I have been trying to find were, a new swimming suit (found it) , a skirt or sun dress I am still looking for these.

i would buy a cool lookin, sun blockin, hat! all i own are baseball caps! those just wouldn’t do in Hawaii on the beach 🙂

Trip to Hawaii? I actually have several cute swimsuits, so I’d have to go for a wonderfully long, flowing sundress to go for strolls on the beach.
Lisa – you’re so adorable. Let me ask you – you said you usually wear an 8 or a 10. That sounds pretty much like myself. I tried on skinny jeans at Target though I wear an 8 in jeans everywhere else I went ahead with a 10 because the 8 in skinnies seemed tiny – but the gap in the waistline was awful! Do you have the problem with them? Is there a fix to that?
Also wanted to add – it seems like every time I see you in something I think “I have to have that!” it turns out it’s from a local boutique. I’ll be in your area early May – can you share the name(s) of your favorite local boutiques?

A new swimsuit! I had a baby over a year ago and haven’t been brave enough to buy a new suit yet. But, if I were going to Hawaii, I think I would have to break down and get one 🙂
