We celebrated Easter yesterday–a beautiful mellow day celebrated with a church service, friends, delicious food and some down time. The boys are out of school this week and Auntie Ellen comes to town! Hooray for slow mornings and time for play.

Hello haircuts this week. Don’t you feel like keeping up with haircuts, dentist appointments, teacher conferences, etc is a full time job? It’s crazy!

Hi Lisa, I ordered a sunburst ring and when I got it it was not a size 8 as I ordered. I took it to have it sized out to a couple of people and it was a size 7. I knew that but got it checked before sending it back. I just talked to your representative and she said when ordering you have to order a size up. But when I ordered it did not say that anywhere.
I asked to wave the fee for it to be made a size bigger. And also they had promised a $25 credit for shipping if it was shown not to be a size 8. The representative said it was a size 8 but that I should have ordered a size 9??? So therefore no credit for the shipping would be issued to me.
I love your ring and site but because your customer care people would not interested in my plight I cancelled the order and got back my money. I have daughter in laws and granddaughters along with many girlfriends who loved the ring. But now due to the way it was handled you have lost a real good customer and my family and friends business. You were my new favorite jewelry maker. But I refuse to go through this kind of customer care. God bless you and your family. Rose Johnson. I am sorry as I loved the ring and all your jewelry.
Lisa, I enjoy your blog and your optimism for your daily struggles. So it pains me to reach out to you through your blog. Not cool at all. But I feel like I know you a little and that if you were aware of what’s happening in your name you would not approve. You once reached out to me and I told you that I thought your staff was handling it. That didn’t happen. You see back in Early January I ordered one of the rings with each of my daughter’s birthstones and mine— for my birthday. Well, it is almost April, I’ve been refunded 30% of my original cost but no ring. I’ve been passed around from one employee to another, each promising the ring would be mailed in a couple weeks. Still, no ring. I’m wondering if you can help me get my ring.
