  1. Very cute outfits!!! I especially love the f ourth one. =) I have heard many good things about your jewelry so I am checking it out! =)

  2. Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE your style and positive outlook on life.. and of course your jewelry! I’ve bought several pieces from you and always love catching up on your blog. I’ve been a fan for about 2 years now and this is the first time I’ve posted– your Wednesday pics are fabulous.. and I’m totally inspired!! And, Fall is my favorite season, followed closely by Winter- this girl can’t live without boots, cute cardigans and scarves!! yay!

  3. My mom showed me your blog today. I have been needing to up my wardrobe some and since we are similar sizes it helped seeing what you wore all week. You even inspired me to buy some skinny jeans today since after seeing how cute you look in yours made me think I could pull them off… And I can! Thanks!

  4. Lisa, I love the scarf hubby gave you! He’s got good taste 😉 I love scarves but I just don’t feel like I wear them well 🙁 What’s your secret?

  5. Hi Lisa:)
    Greetings from Nashville, TN:)
I adore your fashion sense, but I love your hair style/cut:) I too have curly hair, but I can’t find a stylist to cut it right! It’s either too triangular like RosaNNE-a-DaNNa from Saturday Night Live, or just too Blah like I was stuck in the eighties!!! Help:):) How do you tell your stylist to cut your hair? Thanks:)
    Smiles & Wishes,
    April

  6. Lisa,

I have been following your blog for awhile but have never commented. I have your jewelry and love it! I must say…you are about the most stylish woman that I know! Thanks so much for showing us your outfits! You REALLY have a knack on how to put things together! Love your blog and your beautiful family! Thanks for sharing!

  8. So do you and Linds really dress up in so many outfits on a Wednesday? I change maybe twice during the day. I guess I just have a boring life where I don’t go anywhere where I can dress differently each time. ha I love your outfits, Lisa. So adorable. I’m in the mood to change up my closet now that I’m losing weight. Only thing is, half my clothes are still stored in SLO. I don’t know if I can find them anymore. It’ll be worth the try, then I’ll feel like I have new clothes. I love summer. I actually don’t like being so covered up because of my flashes and other things. Layers I can do, but I always end up, in 40 degree weather, in a tank top. As long as I have tank tops and sweats, I’m in heaven. Thanks for sharing your style with us. And Linds, too.

  9. you are so stickin cute!

what i love best is your smile in every photo. your outfits are amazing! you should be a magazine/catalog stylist in your next life.

HAPPY SEPTEMBER!!!!!! love that you are already sporting boots. perfect!

  10. Hi Lisa, I especially LOVE your first outfit – so feminine and prettily elegant. Hmmm could see myself in that! My favourite season to dress for has to be summer – I love getting up, showering and throwing on shorts and a simple top, or my fav 3/4 jeans with a floaty top! Having said that Spring is my fav month along with autumn because i don’t cope well with heat! Smiles…

  11. first… there is nothing wrong with wearing jeans 3 days in a row… especially if you just LOVE them. I do the same all the time.

OK…. Major kuddos to your husband, that scarf is beautiful.. i’m a sucker for scarves.

Living in Chicago and growing up in Colorado.. you would think I would be used to the snow, haha.. HOPE (maybe I just don’t like drivig in it) because the snow is beautiful. love layer upon cozy layer.

However my favorite is fall… everything about the season… it makes me happy to just know that it’s coming 🙂

    Love and Peace

  12. I love fall! Crisp air, apple and pumpkin picking, jeans and sweaters! Those are great memories for me. Fall is too hot now that we live in the south and the cool air is slow to arrive! While I miss the peaceful nature of snow, I do not miss the shoveling and the driving in it from the years I lived in the northeast!

  13. I love dressing for fall… I can’t wait for the cooler weather, but here in nashville, on Sept. 1, it is in the 90’s. YUCK!

I want to borrow your wardrobe. 😉

  14. I can not explain my giddiness this morning when my husband told me my first necklace of yours has been shipped. I have so been looking forward to getting it. So my husband came home for lunch and asked if the mail had ran, me not expecting it to arrive so soon was like ho hum yeah I think I heard it.
I went to check the mail and there it was! A box with my name on it. I was so excited literally jumped up and down. I tore open the box to find this cute little wrapped necklace (http://www.lisaleonardonline.com/inspired-designs/vintage-frames-necklace.html). I have been looking for months online to find a necklace just like this. thank you so much.

  15. I kept seeing you with your Target skinny jeans so I gave them a try. They are PERFECT! Even better than my Gap ones. Thanks for the tip! And I’m ready for the pumpkins and apples too, I just keep trying to deny it!

  16. Love your layers – you have a great eye!
I like fall and spring – I live in the upper Midwest so we have all seasons. In the fall and spring I can layer and not need a coat. And I love, love, love boots. (Although it makes me sad to have to start wearing – and folding – socks again.)
I think you have a better Target than I do!!

  17. I always love seeing your cute, bohemian style. LOVE that you get a lot from Target (seems to be my only “boutique” for clothes lately!) Yesterday, it was 58 and raining here (PacNW), so we’re definately feeling the fall in the air! I even went out and got myself a pumpkin spice latte! On the last day of August!! You look super cute!

  18. fall. i love me some scarves and boots.

i need a “favorite gray cardigan,” but can’t find cardi’s at target. where should i go?

i so wear the same jeans over and over. who doesn’t!

  19. Oh, I love fall! It’s still too hot here for boots, jeans, and jackets. Sadly. I MIGHT have picked up some of these from Target the other day:

    http://bit.ly/b4W0x4

And I don’t even know HOW to wear ankle boots. But they’re leather! And $32! I would LOVE some Frye boots, but I can’t justify the expense right now (and I bought some expensive tall black boots last fall….)

I just love how you layer your looks. I’m a simple kinda gal. t-shirt. jeans. merrell shoes. that’s it. Oh, and right now it’s t-shirt/tank top and capri pants or my 1 pair of shorts.

Actually, maybe you could send out some of your clothes to help out an uninspired girl? 😉

  20. Definetly FALL! I love fall and have already started stocking up on fun fall and winter sweaters. I live in Wisconsin so this hot weather we’ve been having is not my cup of tea. Send on the sweater weather!

  21. Love, love, LOVE seeing what you wear! I also love the way you put things together, and that you get so many cute things from Target! Keep it up, you are inspiring me (and it sounds like many others) to dress great even though we live casual lives. Thanks!

  22. you know what is so cute? you stood in the same spot every day :]

here’s a question: what are good things to wear while working? i definitely can’t be wearing that many layers when i’m sewing, ironing… too hot! and i always am covered in threads… so i feel like frumpville wearing a v-neck tee from Target and shorts/yoga pants {while I work}.

  23. I have the same Target tunic/blouse in your first shot- but in sage green…love it! You always look so put together… your new scarf is awesome…yeah hubby!

I need to move away from the midwest and mover closer to your weather… I’m not a fan of summer attire…love my boots, jeans, and a light weight sweater.

  24. I love dressing for fall. I love putting on jeans and a cozy sweater, but not having to bundle up with coats, hats, scarfs, gloves, boots, etc. (we live in the north part of the Midwest – Brrr!). Fall always smells so crisp here and my daughter loves to jump in leaves!!! I love the heat of summer, but fall is my favorite season (if only it wasn’t followed by winter!).

  25. it’s easiest to dress for summer, no doubt. but my favorite is fall. i love a pair of good-fitting jeans with a warm hoodie and my TOMS shoes, though I wear those all year long. i can’t wait till fall gets here, but us here in Michigan just want winter to wait a while and give us a LOOOONG fall this year. = ]

  26. I definately love summers simple shorts and tanks with flip flops but am ready to usher in Fall and put on a sweater with some jeans…I still want to wear my flip flops though! I will wear them until snow hits the ground!
